World number 1, Rafael Nadal won't have to spend much on underwear from now on.
Nadal has agreed to be the face of Giorgio Armani’s Underwear and Armani Jeans range and we will be able to get a pick at some pictures by new year.
Nadal's decision is being seen as a bold move in a sector of the fashion industry worth more than £6bn annually.
We all now how much attention and promotion Nadal can generate so this is a great opportunity for Armani to try and test this new advertising formula. Sales of Armani’s tight white briefs rose by 10% in Britain following a similar campaign fronted by Beckham.
