Anderson vs Devvarman in SA Tennis Open Final

Kevin Anderson defeated sixth seed Adrian Mannarino 6-7 6-0 6-4 to reach the final at the SA Tennis Open in Johannesburg.

The local hope will play against Somdev Devvarman, who beat Izak Van der Merwe 6-2, 6-4

Anderson fired 19 aces as he fought past Mannarino to reach an ATP World Tour final for the second time. He went up 4-1 in the first set, but Mannarino fought back to take the opener on a tie-break.

Anderson recovered by breaking serve three times to clinch a bagel second set before breaking in the fifth game of the third set to seal victory.

Devvarman broke serve three times from nine opportunities and only lost 11 points on serve during the match.

He will look to win his maiden ATP World Tour title after finishing runner-up to Marin Cilic in his first final in Chennai two years ago.
