Nicolas Almagro defeated Andy Roddick 6-4, 7-5 to win the Miami Tennis Cup exhibition.
The Spaniard broke once in each set.
Roddick was broken in the 9th game of the first set and again in the 11th game of the second set.
To advance to the final first Roddick beat Andy Murray while Almagro made it past John Isner.
