Grigor Dimitrov speaks to the media after the 6-1, 6-1 (ret.) win against Dudi Sela

Q. How did you feel when you saw that your opponent was having problems and he stop

ped?
GRIGOR DIMITROV: Well, I think early in the match, I couldn't tell you if he was injured or not. Obviously I was just trying to be very focused. I was just out there to play my game.

Of course, after that first set, I felt I was getting, like, my confidence was actually getting pretty high, I started to be a little bit more locked in, more positive with each ball, with each shot. I was following my game pretty well.

Nalbandian Issues Apology Following Default at Queens Final

Nalbandian Issues Apology Following Default at Queens Final

David Nalbandian, who was defaulted in the Queen’s Club final after his kick to the front of a sponsor’s advertising board struck a linesman’s left leg, issued a statement.

“I never intended to hit him, it was an unfortunate reaction in which I wanted to let off steam after losing a point,” said the Argentine. “I had the opportunity to personally apologise to the line umpire for this regrettable act that I am fully responsible for.”

He also extended his apologies to the crowd, Tournament Director and to his followers in Argentina and around the world.

David Nalbandian was defaulted from his Queen's Club final against Marin Cilic on Sunday for kicking out and injuring a linesman.

Nalbandian was leading 7-6 3-3 when he dropped serve in the seventh game and reacted by slamming his right foot into an advertising board which hurt the official's leg.

Cilic was awarded the match despite trailing 6-7 4-3.

Cilic into Queens final after beating Querrey

Cilic into Queens final after beating Querrey

Marin Cilic beat Sam Querrey 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 to reach the final at Queen's Club in London.

Cilic will play the winner of the encounter between David Nalbandian and Grigor Dimitrov.

The world number 25 has been so dominant this week that he had only dropped serve twice during his three previous matches.

The sixth seed showed remarkable resolve to fend off nine break points in an epic third game that lasted 20 minutes.

Querrey and Nalbanbdian into Queen's semis

Sam Querrey beat Ivan Dodig 7-5, 3-6, 6-3 while David Nalbandian had to win two matches today to advance the semifinals at the AEGOn Championships in London.

Querrey broke after Dodig double-faulted to lead 6-5 in the opening set and then held to seal it.
In the second set, a netted forehand at 4-3 earned Dodig the only break. In the final set, a forehand error at 3-2 left Querrey in charge.

"Tough match," Querrey said. "We both served very well so it was just a matter of a couple of points here and there. I'm proud of myself after losing the second set to come back strong in the third."

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga was beaten 7-6, 3-6, 7-6 by Ivan Dodig while Feliciano Lopez was defeated by Kevin Anderson 7-6, 7-6 in the third round of the AEGON Championships.

Dodig will face Sam Querrey, who defeated Julien Benneteau 6-3 3-6 6-3, in the quarter-finals.

Tsonga produced a lethargic display and Dodig took full advantage to claim the win.

Dodig played with freedom and confidence, while the Frenchman was far from his best form.

The opening set went into a tie-breaker where Tsonga produced an error-strewn effort that allowed Dodig to secure the lead.

Murray upset in London

Murray upset in London

Andy Murray exit early at the AEGON Championships after losing to Nicolas Mahut 6-3, 6-7(4), 7-6(1).

Mahut broke open the match by winning the first six points of the third-set tie-break.

"It was a very close match... losing serve at the beginning of the third set after breaking him was probably not great. Got him back into the match. He's a very good grass court player. He's been in the final here. He's beaten Nadal and a point away from winning the tournament." Murray said.

"I was hitting the ball fine today. It wasn't like I was shanking balls and mishitting. I just need to spend more time on the grass."

Roddick crashes out at Queen's

Andy Roddick was beaten 6-4, 4-6, 7-5 by Edouard Roger-Vasselin in the second round of the 2012 AEGON Championships at Queen's Club.

Roddick is having a bad time on the tennis court and so far this year this loss on his favourite surface is a new low for the American.

He has lost 11 of the 18 matches he played this season and it looks like he can not find his way to victory.

Roddick has struggled with ankle and hamstring injuries this year and hinted recently that this year's Wimbledon could be his last appearance at the All England Club.

After losing the first set, Roddick hit back to get the only break of a hard-fought second set.

Hewitt beaten in Queens, Haas into 2nd round in Halle

Hewitt beaten in Queens, Haas into 2nd round in Halle

Lleyton Hewitt lost to Ivo Karlovic 6-3, 6-2 in the opening round at Queen's Club.

Karlovic took command from the start, smashing seven aces in his first two service games and making an early break. The Croat went on to close the match with his 22nd ace.

"Yeah, it was frustrating, to say the least," Hewitt said. "It doesn't give you a chance to do a lot of things. You can't assess where you're at at the moment. You know, I can't assess my movement. Yeah, so it's just a frustrating day, all up."

"I felt like I was actually seeing the ball not bad out there, especially the returns that I could get my racquet on. The pressure just builds on your service games, and he's just lashing at shots left, right, and center. I didn't serve my best, him serving like that puts a lot more pressure on you," he added.
